Sunday, June 1, 2008, 2:00 p.m., join hundreds of pro-lifers from the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area in a demonstration of support for the protection of human life with a peaceful walk across the "Purple People Bridge" spanning the Ohio River from Sawyer Point in Cincinnati to Newport on the Levee in Kentucky.
The event will begin at the World Peace Bell, on the Newport, KY side of the river; the bands scheduled to appear are Last Day and Popple. Students, church groups, co-workers, families, friends, walkers of all ages welcome, including strollers and wheelchairs!
Due to generous sponsors, the event and all included is free, including event t-shirts (suggested donation of $5.00 each).
The event will end back at the World Peace Bell with music provided through Greater Cincinnati Rock for Life. The bands scheduled to appear are Last Day and Popple.
